I had no idea how high the average inground pool cost is -- I assumed it would be a bit steep but certainly under $10,000. Well I was rudely awakened when I started searching for contractors to recreate these pool designs complete with attached spa, foundations and flagstone deck. So far all the estimates that I have gotten, show that we are looking at at least $35,000 for the whole project. On average, an inground pool without all of the extra fancy bells and whistles costs between twenty five and thirty thousand dollars. This includes digging out the large hole, lining it, adding lighting etc. I wish there was some way that I could come up with a diy inground pool so that I can do the project myself and save some of that cash for other things.
I would love to get either a rough idea or even some formal quotes from contractors on here on what your the inground pool cost for a design like this might be. Ever since we stay at this Airbnb a couple of months ago my kids have been begging us to install an underground pool in our backyard. I will admit, it is not just them that whats one -- we definitely would not mind having a gorgeous hangout spot like this right outside our doors either. I think that the key to this design was the fun outdoor entertaining area that was essentially attached to it. As you can see, there is a large covered pergola with outdoor kitchen, dining area and even a spot with couches mere steps away from the pool. I would love to talk with an inground pool cost estimator to start to figure out what we are looking at in terms of price for a project like this.
Well I am definitely scared to find out the inground pool cost for a design that looks like this because I would love to replicate this entire outdoor entertaining area in our yard. researching around our area to find reasonable inground pool prices to hopefully install one this summer. I think we would have so much fun as a family with something like this, not to mention it would really help to sell our house if we list it within the next five years. Our house would be the first one in the neighborhood that has one, so I think we would stand out in the market in that way. I would really love to make some updates to our backyard but I am afraid at the inground pool cost to even start modifying what the design that we already had when we bought this home. As you can see, the pool itself is pretty nice as far as small inground pools go, I just feel like it is lacking style and that "wow" factor that so many designs I have seen online have in spades. My initial thoughts were to clear some of those large hedges to give the area a more manicured look and then fill in the deck around the pool. I do want to retain some of our lawn, but I think we need more lounge area to actually enjoy the water.
