I love this designer's work in general, but I am particularly inspired by the kitchen wall decor ideas that they used in here. Everything about the designs the chose, from the simple cabinet style, to the monochromatic color palette and kitchen decor has a subtle elegance around it. They proved that an all white space does not have to be boring, and that it is the small decorative accents that really bring the personality to a design. I notice the cute antique dish ware displayed in the open cabinetry, as well as the blue and white plates hung above the door. There are all perfect little kitchen wall ideas that do not distract from the minimalistic design, but instead enhance it. Even the subtle shade variation between the floor stain and the ceiling planking is a delightful touch.
I am struggling to decide if we should add some more kitchen wall decor ideas into our home or if just the bright red backsplash behind the range hood is enough design for the room. As you can see from the photos, we have a very modern kitchen design but the rest of the house is actually pretty neutral and plain (not sure if you can tell from the pictures of our living room next door). The red accent color is certainly bold, but it is really only concentrated to that back wall and the pendant lights. I think that there are so many other opportunities to add some fun decor other than the ultra trendy backsplash ideas 2022 that we started with. Should we add some artwork to the dining area or maybe over the mantle?
This family really knew what they were doing when it came to picking the right kitchen wall decor ideas to go with the theme of their space. I will admit that I would have never thought to combine an elegant farmhouse style kitchen with more contemporary kitchen backsplash ideas, but it totally works in the space. My favorite part of the entire look is actually the small plate rack over the hood. It may seem small and insignificant but I think that this small touch really optimizes that quaint rustic charm that they were going for. I love it when a homeowner finds kitchen decor themes that they love, then sticks with it throughout the space. Things like this really take the design to the next level.
This home is brimming with amazing kitchen wall decor ideas that, quite frankly, I have never seen used in such a multifunctional space like this before. We are so used to seeing a kitchen design that really focuses on cabinet placement and finish rather than the accents the actually bring the space to life. Here they choose pretty simple contrasting white and dark brown cabinetry -- but the item that actually created the most contrast was the awesome floating shelving feature over the bar and the gorgeous backsplash tile that frames the range hood and shelving. Rather than limited wall decor ideas to artwork and paint or wall paper, they created gorgeous three dimensional designs that really impact the space in a stunning way.
I am at a loss for what type of kitchen wall decor ideas we should use in our new home because I cannot decide if artwork or some other sort of design would take away from the sleek contemporary look or if it will enhance it. As you can see from the photos, the wood veneer cabinetry and stone backsplash are the two primary sources of pattern, texture, color and design in the space. Sure you have the small stainless steel accents from the range hood, lighting and fixtures, but that falls under the neutral category to me. I thought that some brightly colored modern wall decor could be a really cool touch to bring some more vibrancy and personality to the kitchen, but maybe I am going in the wrong direction?
I am struggling to come up with kitchen wall decor ideas to accent our newly remodeled space. As you can see, we just got brand new white cabinetry, granite counter tops, and painted the walls this cheerful buttery yellow. There is so much blank space without kitchen wall decor thought that I feel that the room looks unfinished. I have never been good with picking out artwork and really have no idea where to begin. We opted to skip a backsplash, but looking at the space now, I am wondering if that was a mistake. I would love some input on kitchen design ideas 2022 that you all think may be a nice addition to what we already have going on here. For reference, I was going for kind of a modern farmhouse style.
